Terms of Service

JoinwellHQ provides booking links, calendar integration, email and SMS confirmations and reminders, an AI assistant that handles guest replies, show-up estimates, and meeting attendance alerts. Features may change as we improve the product.

• You are responsible for your account and for the calendars and conferencing accounts you connect.
• You must have a genuine reason to contact the people who book with you. The texts we send are about the meetings they booked, not marketing.
• Show-up estimates are guidance for planning a meeting. Don't use them to make decisions about anyone's eligibility for employment, credit, housing, insurance or similar, and don't use them to discriminate.

Give accurate contact details when you book. If you agree to texts, the text messaging terms below apply.

• Program. JoinwellHQ meeting texts: booking confirmations, requests to confirm, reminders, replies to your messages, and notices when a meeting is moved or cancelled. Hosts who add their mobile number get alerts about their own bookings.
• How you opt in. Guests choose "Text + email" on a JoinwellHQ booking form. Neither this option nor "Email only" is selected in advance, and either choice allows the guest to book. Hosts add their mobile number and turn on SMS alerts in settings. Consent is not a condition of booking or of using JoinwellHQ.
• Message frequency varies, usually a few messages per booking.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop all texts; you'll get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Help: reply HELP, or email mquinnstewart@gmail.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see the Privacy Policy. We don't sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.

• No spam, harassment, unlawful content, or messages that break telecom rules or carrier policies.
• Don't try to get around rate limits or security controls, probe the service, or access data that isn't yours.
• Don't use JoinwellHQ to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or violate the terms of the services it connects to (Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Twilio and others).

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

The SMS assistant can confirm, cancel or reschedule meetings based on a guest's replies, within the settings the host chooses. It can misunderstand a message. Hosts should review important bookings, and either party can contact the other directly.

JoinwellHQ relies on outside providers such as calendar, video meeting, SMS, email and AI providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and an outage on their side can delay or prevent messages and calendar updates.

You keep ownership of the information you put into JoinwellHQ. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

JoinwellHQ is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every message will be delivered, or that every guest will show up.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as missed meetings or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose (or US$50 if you paid nothing).

You can stop using JoinwellHQ at any time. Hosts can disconnect calendars from the dashboard and email mquinnstewart@gmail.com to have their account and data deleted.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above and tell hosts about significant changes. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms. Questions: mquinnstewart@gmail.com.
