The host may need to admit the assistant from the waiting room.

Can the assistant speak in the meeting?
Yes. Configure a speaking role to let the assistant respond in the meeting. Voice features require a plan with voice access and available minutes. Notes-only mode keeps the assistant silent.
Can I add it to a meeting booked outside Joinwell?
Yes. You can assign an agent to an existing meeting or provide a supported meeting link. It still needs permission to join and may need host admission.
Does it work with Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams?
Joinwell supports those three meeting platforms. Host settings, waiting rooms and organizational policies can affect admission and the assistant’s available audio or presentation capabilities.
