The interpreter listens to the conversation and speaks the translation into the meeting. Participants can stay in the meeting platform they already use.

Provide a glossary and meeting instructions for names, product terms and specialist vocabulary. Give the interpreter context before the first introduction.

Interpreting works best when speakers take turns and pause for the translation. Joinwell’s interpreter is designed to wait for a pause before speaking, helping the original speaker and translated audio remain understandable. Use it for multilingual customer calls, project check-ins or interviews, with the host’s permission. AI translation can make mistakes; review critical details together during the call.

About live meeting interpreter.
Can I use the interpreter in any Google Meet, Teams or Zoom meeting?
You can add it to supported meetings on those platforms when the host and organization allow the assistant to join. Waiting rooms, audio permissions and meeting policies still apply.
Can it translate in both directions?
Yes. Set the supported language pair and choose two-way interpreting for a conversation, or one-way interpreting when only one direction is needed.
Do participants need to install a new meeting app?
Participants stay in their existing meeting. The assistant joins as a participant and plays spoken translations into the call. A host may need to admit it and allow the required capabilities.
