The agent can prepare a presentation view from a document, formatted notes or research results, keeping the relevant information in front of the group.
Ask Cal to show an accessible URL. Pages that cannot be embedded can be shown as readable content or a summary instead.
Presentation is an agent capability you choose. Host permissions and meeting settings determine whether the assistant can share its screen.
Joinwell gives the agent its own presentation view for meeting content. This is useful for walking through a brief, comparing public information or showing next steps. It does not require access to your desktop. Where screen sharing is unavailable, the meeting integration may use the agent’s video presentation instead. Private assistant chat does not automatically present its response to everyone.
